Hi,
My mother has booked for herself and my sister's family (total 3 adults, 2 children aged 6 and 12) to stay at Port Orleans Riverside in two rooms. She has a single Disney confirmation number beginning 319 and the booking was made through Thompson.
I've linked their booking via that number to My Disney Experience so we could pick the Magic Band colours out but when I do so, I only see two adults and the six year old in one room, there is no sign of the other adult or the twelve year old. Thompson are adamant that there is only one confirmation number but Disney are only showing part of the group on their system.
Is this normal when two rooms are booked through a travel agent? I'm slightly concerned that part of their group is completely missing from Disney's system. They're a very inexperienced group of travellers so the last thing they would handle is getting out there to find someone messed up and only three of them are booked!
