Sorry if I am on the wrong forum here but we got back from the world on Wednesday and we have been charged for a missed dining reservation which want our fault, before we left I printed off my list of reservations and it wasn't until we got there we realised the fantasmic package with mama Melrose wasn't on the sheet, we went to the reception at Saratoga Springs and waited for about half an hour while they manually had to check day by day and hour by hour (I would have thought the whole list would come up on their system) to be told they could not find it, they rang mama Melrose, they couldnt find it either so they re booked us in and assured there would be no charges, we went to the boardwalk inn for the free wifi to bring up my ressies to check ourselves and the original one def was not there, I have emailed Disney dining and apparently I have been charged for not turning up for the original one and they will 'try' to get me a refund!
hope they will sort it out! Anybody else had this problem?
