I know this may be blasphemous to ask, but is there one month in particular where the Wonder and Magic have missed docking at CC more than any another month?

I know Lloyd Dobbler has been acting as statistician for the 2004 year....does anyone have any answers to this question? Rough guesses?

Thank you so much for posting this thread again Jeanny!

Looks good so far for September! I am a bit worried. We'll just have to keep our fingers crossed.

Grumbo, please don't jinx us! --- I'm ON the September 4th 7-day Eastern Cruise!!! ::yes:: Although, if it meant dodging a hurricane, I'm okay with missing CC. Did I just say that???? :duck:

don't worry about hurricanes Melody, just think of it as an adventure or a mystery cruise!! and one more reason to book another cruise !

I like the way you think Jeanny! :sunny:

The "worst" month, at least for cruises I've been able to account for, is December, although I never show the Magic missing in Dec. February would be next, then October. Overally, though, the odds are strongly in your favor for docking at Castaway Cay. We were diverted due to a hurricane in October 2000, but still had no problems at CC.

Feel free to PM me if you have specific questions.

Your stats are reassuring. Thanks so much for keeping up with this.

If it means anything to December cruisers reading this thread and getting nervous, we've cruised twice in December and always made CC.

I should clarify this further by saying that I show the Wonder missing 3 times in December. Once in 2002, twice in 2003. But I also have the Wonder docking 5 times in December 2001, 6 in Dec. 2002, and 4 in Dec 2003. So the odds still very much favor docking.

We're also 3-3 in December, all the the Magic in 2000, 2001, and 2003.

Mystery cruises rock!
We were diverted from our Western course two years ago (September) - by Hurricane Lili! We went to CC twice, then to San Juan, Puerto Rico and St. Thomas. It was the most fun we had and even though we had excursions planned for the Western - the new itinerary was much more fun!!!

San Juan is wonderful and I envy all who are going on there this year! ENJOY!

Aside from the two-time CC, it sounds like the cruise itinerary I hope to be enjoying this September!

Please save some rum at the Bacardi Factory for me and my dream man (Captain Jack Sparrow)!!!! After all, it is the Caribbean, baby!

We are going Sep 11 and I would hate to miss CC but even if we do I'll still be having a wonderful time:sunny:
