We arrive at Disney on November 24th. My AP's expire on the 25th.

1. Can we use them in the park on the 25th?

2. I can NOT find my youngest DD's pass. Im tearing up the house looking though. IF I cant find it, can I renew her pass, and use the new one on the 24th? If her ticket info on the back follows ours, then I have the info to get a replacement. Im in a panic. I leave next week!

I think they keep the info for ap's in the computer. I have never had to replace mine but I have heard many people say that they had to go to guest relations to replace their lost one. They should be able to issue a new one or just let you renew it.

If the expiration date is the 25th you can use them that day. You can get them replaced at guest services at the parks. You will need photo id but they will issue the replacement for you.

1. Yes, you can use it on the 25th.

2. You can replace your DD's pass on the 24th. The back of the AP will have the expiration date as the 25th.

Extremely easy to get a replacement Annual Pass. Had to do that when I left mine back in the car (I know, stupid). The problem I had was my ID was also back in the car. Fortunately, my husband has the same last name and the same expiration date so he showed his ID and I was reissued my pass. You won't have a problem at all.

This is for my 9 year old daughter. So showing my ID will get her a new AP?? WHEW!!!!!!!!! Thanks everyone! Im so relieved to hear that. I trashed the house looking for it, and still havent found it!!

Now.. can I just go to guest relations at the parks??

yes, guest relations at any of the parks and at DTD can issue you a new AP.

Yes, don't worry as I have actually done this, last year I lost my dd's AP, she was 8 at the time. They were able to look her information up on the computer and used my ID as the photo ID. I also had the cc'd I purchased it with just in case but it was not necessary.

I did this outside of Epcot at guest relations and it took maybe 10 minutes, very pleasant. Just stop at Guest Relations at whatever park you are visiting that day and your all set.

Thank you everyone!!! Im soooo relieved. I will stop tearing apart the house now!! You dont know how much better I feel!! Thanks again!!!!!!

Replacing AP's must happen HUNDREDS of times per WEEK at WDW.

Consider that to get FastPasses, an AP holder must put an AP into the FP machine.

A. In goes AP 1
B. Out comes FP , remove.
C. Remove AP 1
D. In goes AP 2
E. Out comes FP , remove.
F. Remove AP 2
G. In goes AP 3
H. Out comes FP , remove.
I. Off to the parks...
with AP 3 still stilling quietly, alone, in the FP machine.

Happens all the time, because some of the weather-exposed FP machines have a cover that blocks your view to see that your park admission may still be in the slot.

It is very fast and easy to get a replacement AP.
If not, those Guest Services lines would all look like Wal-Mart check-outs on the Saturday before Christmas.

lol Robo!! In 4 years of having an AP, this is the first time Ive lost one. ( and I STILL dont know how ONE out of 3 went missing) I know Ive read before that you have to have all of your info from the back copied down.. Its great to know I can get her pass that easy!!
