Missing ADR's!!!!

I am leaving for my trip in 2 weeks. I went in today to print out all my ADR's and most of them are missing!!!!!!!!!!!!! I called to find out what was up and the rep could see only 4 of them and they were not even all the same 4 that the website is showing.

He swears to me that if I have the confirmation code (which thankfully, I saved them all) I will not be turned away at the restaurant. But I have heard of people being turned away because of lost reservations.

ETA: I just tried going in one by one to retrieve the reservations and they are starting to show up again. Weird. I think Disney needs to hire some better IT people.

I'm having this problem as well. But my one reservation thats missing is Christmas day!!! I called about three times to ask why it's not showing up and they said as long as I have the confirmation #, it should be ok. This makes me nervous!!! All my other ones show up...go figure.

I had a missing ADR also. This worked for me. Under the tab "my reservations" , you can search for missing ADRs. All that I needed to do is put in my confirmation and my phone number that I used to book, and did a search. It now shows up. Don't know if this will work for you, but it is worth a try.

That's what I did earlier today to get all mine back. I hope you have better luck tomorrow. It's so frustrating and nerve-wracking!!!!

Mine were not showing up either last night. I tried one confirmation number and it couldn't find it. I tried a second one and it found that, plus all my other reservations (including the one it didn't find a minute before).

Disney's online system is one of the WORST I have dealt with. One would think with the size of their company, they would have a better site.

I wish they would do something to maintain their website better. I am at the stage where I don't care that much how it looks - I just want it to work whenever I need to check something or make a reservation. I don't think that is asking too much, yet for some reason .....

I couldn't get on there at all the other night so I spared myself the frustration that you guys had as I haven't bothered yet to go back and try again.

My Christmas day still not showing up. I even put in another of my confirmation #'s to see if that worked. It came up with all my other ones. I don't know, I give up!
