Mary (not in the episode though) gave birth to a baby boy named Charles Miguel after both Annie's father and the grandfather on his father's side (can't remember his name!)

Lucy announced she was pregnant.

Simon is home for the summer. His girlfriend from last year (Ashlee Simpson) broke up with the boy who is living with the Camden family.

Matt saw Heather and contemplated leaving his wife for her. Decided at the end to save his marriage.
