Missed booking brunch at 120 days. Will any more open up?

I'm so bummed - I had planned the trip of a lifetime for my family and my parents. Booked us the Walt room for our LA->Vancouver repo trip but totally didn't realize that 120 days had snuck up on us and passed. I went to go book our Palo High Tea and Brunch but they're all gone.

Will they have any more openings available or would they be able to bring it to our room?

If you're in the Walt Suite, you're in concierge. They will make anything happen for you that you want. I don't think you have a worry in the world!!!

Thanks I know that I'm in Concierge - I've just been so busy and caught up with everything else that the 120 day came and went... Would be thrilled to be able to give my family the trip of a lifetime!

Listen, if you have booked the Walt suite you have already succeeded in giving your family of a lifetime... you are amazing! Don't let a brunch make you feel any differently.

But as the PP mentioned, you are going to discover that as a conierge guest, your wish really is their command.

I thought I heard somehwere that as concierge, you can have concierge staff working for you even now... maybe if you ask them they will track to see if any slots open up and book it for you? Just a thought, I may be wrong on this one

Aww thanks PapaMouse! I realized this after their concierge line was closed on Friday - I'll give them a call on Monday. The kids don't know we're going - it'll be a huge surprise for them - my parents were floored when we told them last year. They're the ones that could really use a break - in the last 2 years, they've both battled cancer. I just want this to be the perfect trip for them.
