Misplaced welcome package

We leave on Sept. 20th for our week stay at Pop. So excited!! Unfortunately, with life going on around me, I have misplaced my Disney welcome pack that comes in the mail with Disney Quest vouchers, etc. I called, and a CM said the resort will give me those vouchers...is this correct?

Yes, Disney can replace the vouchers for you at your resort's desk. I left a folder at home once with all my vouchers, including my Magical Express vouchers. ME had no problems reprinting for me when we got off the plane in Orlando. The luggage tags were not needed since we get our bags from baggage claim and make sure our luggage comes to WDW with us on the bus. The welcome packet vouchers were replaced when I checked in at the resort.
