Misplaced Universal Tickets...can I get them replaced ?

We are going to WDW 8-11 to 8-22.

Last year we purchased, in advance, 2 tickets for Universal..( from Universal..not ebay or anything like that) ...Yesterday I was getting all my ducks in a row...and realized we have misplaced our tickets for Universal.

Does anyone know the customer service phone number to Universal....?....I hope to get them replaced..problem is I have no ticket numbers. Can they look up the name or credit card they were purchased with ?

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but as far as I know you must have the numbers off card or your stuck with no tickets. I know someone who lost their tickets and tried to replace last year and that is what they were told.

You may have some recourse if you purchased by credit card. Where did you purchase them from? If it was from Universal, they may have the information, can't hurt to try.
