Mishaps & Magical Moments...Day 7 Added!

We stayed at the WL for our 1st ever on site vacation in 2007 OMG!!!! It was so wonderful...I can't even begin to put it into words!!!
We ate at Wispering Canyon for lunch on our final day also and had a wonderful waiter....had us in stitches the entire meal!!!
I hope you didn't ask for ketchup...my son did...OMG...between that and my husband asking for a refill...I wish I would have taken pics of the table!! We had to of had 30 bottles of ketchup and 15 glasses of pop!!!
What a wonderful trip...i can't wait for our....2 mths and counting!!!

We loved WCC- no ketchup but soooooo many laughs and the kids are still talking about it.

We are staying at WL NEXT WEEK!!! I'll have to give you a full report. I want to eat at Whispering Canyon. We have an ADR but DH doesn't really want to. I have to tell him how much fun you had there.

Emma & I saw the mayor. He asked where we were from and said he was just there a few days ago and I said really? and he said-yes I go to "mass" every Sunday.

I just read your whole trip report in one sitting. It was great! I'm from southeastern MA so felt that weird pull to read it lol We are doing the Pirate's and Pals voyage in August so it was great to hear about it. Overall you did a good job

OK I'm caught up through day 6!

I could imagine the aftermath of drinking around the world would be felt the next day! Glad you still made it to AK.

It was my TR that had the video of the Crazy Mad Hatter! It stinks that you had the 'reserved' one.

It is a shame how bad service will make you dislike a place... we had some bad service on out trip too. I've wanted to try Narcoosees but I might have to take it off my list.

ITA about giving all the kids a prize on the cruise.. even if it is a $1 toy. They shouldn't leave anyone out. Awesome you get a little meet & greet with some pirates before you left! The boys costumes looked great!

Would do do the cruise again? Is it worth it?



It is always sad reading the final day of someone's TR. It almost feels like you are leaving too!

Thank goodness for some sunshine!!! The bad thing is that seeing that REALLY makes you want to stay longer and enjoy it.

Hey Tim!! Thanks for reading. I know, when I read the last day of people's reports it always feels like I am leaving too! You know- the view of Wishes was amazing but we took a pontoon boat out the first night, and I loved how that was so casual and we could bring beers, and this was more formal.... and maybe if I liked our Patch or if Myles was acknowledged I would have a different opinion, but I thought it was a lot of money for what you got! I would not do it again.

Not sure how I missed your last updates--oh well, I am caught up now! What a great start to your last day! I really think our next trip I would like to try Ohanas, for the most part it seems to get good reviews. We will get to meet the Stepsisters and Lady Tremaine at 1900 PF--I hear they are fabulous there too. I am really looking forward to trying to meet them (I wonder if they vary from how they act within the park and at PF). I love how you have traditions at Disney! I hope we can say that we start our family's traditions on our trip in September. for WL--my dream resort!! I hope we will be able to stay there someday! just read it has changed to POFQ--we stayed there and really enjoyed it!! WL is not going anywhere--you can always stay there when it works out well for your family. Another restaurant to think about trying--WCC! Your experience seems like it was phenomenal--what a magical way to end your vacation!! Oh my goodness--that was a lot of snack credits to use up! Amazing the difference between cooler weather and hot weather snack usage. how sad the boys were crying--it just shows how great of a time they had!! :
