mischief night neighbor horror- need advice

OP, you might want to consider keeping a journal of all the problems you've had with your neighbors (date, time, police called/response from police, neighbors involved, etc) so you can show you've had repeat problems with them if something bigger happens.

I am sorry after keeping up with this thread and the coming back to read the rest of the comments I have to disagree with some. I am not sure that if the people that said they wouldnt call PD or say that its an overrection are rich and can affford to replace or repair their cars but if that is my car anyone is thinking of even touching in that manner (vandalism I may add ) im calling the PD! That may be minor to you but i worked very hard to finally afford my new car and work my butt of every month to pay it off, I REFUSE to let someone else damage it or put Shaving cream on it or anyother liquid substance other than water. That is unnaceptable on any night and it is vandalism and the PD have every right to come and deal with it (if i dont get them myself and trust me i would not be afraid to put a bat to someones head! lol) I am not trying to offend anyone who thinks its an overreation but its really not, it is vandalism to someone else's property and it is against the law! And no I am not the mean one on the block I actually get along fine with all the kids but i dont want them trashing my property, sorry that is unnaceptable!
