Mirror, Mirror On The Wall.....

With our upcoming trip to FW this Oct/Nov we will be close to 320 days (currently at 279 days) at FW since 1985 over 15 trips. I won't talk about the cost since I could have bought a home there, but guess we're getting close to $80K to $100K supporting the Mouse. Now not all that is just for Disney, but food , gas, gifts and "stuff" (this last time I spent probably close to $300 just on stuff for the new trailer), but this last time we spent close to $8K total (45 nights on the road, 40 at WDW) and in 05/06 (35 nights on the road, 30 at WDW) is was around $6K which are the only two times so far I have kept track of overall $$ expended. We generally spend around $1,000 to $1,200 eating out.

Larry

Hi Larry - I have always been curious if the Fort offers discounts for longer stays. We go frequently, but for short trips. We have never stayed for more than 5 days at a time. I am sure they do not offer a frequent visitor discount - I have checked!!

To answer the thread, we went in the middle of January for 3 days, last weekend for the holiday (5 days), and we are going for springbreak (3/31 to 4/3). We will also be going in June for a weekend and November for Thanksgiving. I still do not think I beat Larry though.

We had a long weekend last week because our school system gets out for Rodeo day. I am not sure if there is another school system in this country that actually lets their children out of school to attend the Rodeo.
