:goodvibes THANK YOU! You sent a get-well/belated birthday/sorry your trip was cancelled package to my two kids and THEY LOVED IT! It was very magical for them, and I appreciate your extreme concern and caring for these two little mouseketeers! It was such a crummy stroke of bad luck for us on the morning of of trip, but to get that package in the mail made for a fantastical celebration! Your managers should know how GREAT I think you are at your job. This was the absolute best customer relations experience in my life... and not just becaue you sent goodies. You were caring and thoughtful to my kids.
