A womans unborn baby was having some problem in the uterus. The surgeon had to take out the uterus and place it on the mothers stomach and leave the baby inside and perform the surgery. As he was doing it all of a sudden a baby's hand reaches out of the hole in the Uterus and holds onto the surgeons finger. It was like the baby's way of saying thank you. If the surgery was not done then it would have died. The baby is doing ok now. It really is a miracle.
The picture has some blood in it, around the uterus but it is amazing.

The surgeon cut a hole in the Uterus to get to the baby and the baby reached out of it.

the baby didn't reach out the way they said... the arm did come out, but the doctor put the finger in his hand and the baby squeezed it.

They were fixing the spine (spina bifida) and had drained the amniotic fluid on the 21 week old baby
