Mirabel meet and greet - when is shortest line?

Is there a best time to get in line so we experience the shortest wait?

We went on a special event day at MK and waited 30 minutes. Not sure if anyone can predict when the shortest line will be. Maybe try getting there 30 min before they open the meet and greet?
