Ok, so when the Subway Atkins wraps came out a few months ago I hopped on the bandwagon. I'm a long time follower of a LC diet. Anyway, I ordered a few packages of these tortilla's back in January. When I ordered them, the website stated that i'd know when they were being shipped when my CC was charged. It's now March 2nd, and my CC was charged on January 29th. I called them yesterday and due to overwhelming demand, they are no longer doing individual orders, but just to large companies. That's fine, I just want my original order. I was told that it's a 5 week wait, as was stated on the website. No, the website was updated to say it's a 5 week wait after I already made my original order. Now, it appears they're being shipped out this coming friday, and as luck would have it, i'm going away on March 12th for a week to WDW. If they're not put in the freezer in 5 days, they'll go bad. Now when I get home from my trip, i'll probably have rotten food. If I had thought back in January that they wouldn't be here before my March 12th trip, i'd say I was nuts.
It's not the $25 I care about, I guess it's just the bad service. Granted, this company has probably grown 1000 fold in the past few months and can't keep up with the overwhelming demand, however I think they shouldn't have charged me until they actually had a plan to ship me my product. I called the customer service # and they were very friendly, however I just now wish I never even ordered anything.
