Same here...last time I tried to give them to non-english speaking folk. I think by the time I left they knew what to do with them

I had a hard time giving away FP's sometimes, too -- but my oddest experience was at Splash Mountain. When I offered it to someone, the man said he would definitely like to have it and really appreciated it -- and then headed straight for the 70-minute standby line anyway. I hurried after him to explain that he could use the fastpass line instead and not have to wait more than an hour to get to ride, and pointed it out to him. He looked at me like I was nuts, nodded, and hurried away down the regular queue line. Why was he so eager to have it if he didn't plan to use it? I have no idea.
