Minor child and LL?

We are traveling with another family. The mother manages their 7 year olds plans. We though are the ones who do all the planning. If I can see their 7 year old in my friends and family list, can I make/buy lightning lane for her? Both genie+ and the individual attraction?

we haven’t travelled to Disney with another family since G+ was released and I want to make sure I’m ready to book attractions for all of us!

Yes, you should be able to book LL for anyone in your F&F list who has the requisite park tickets and park reservation for the day.
