Minnie's Plaza Inn late reservation?

If I have a 10:30 reservation for breakfast at Minnie's will the characters still be there? And do they leave the food out until 11:00?
I've always wanted to try it but don't want to cut in to morning park time.

I would try for just a bit earlier - like 10am. I know they start slowing the characters down close to 11am and I believe they start switching things out around that time in prep for lunch.

Also - depending on when you go be aware of weather. We had reservations for the first part of January when it was downpouring constantly. We got there for our 9am reservation and there was a 30-45 minute wait to be seated after our reservation time. They weren't able to seat anyone outside and table turnover was longer because no one wanted to come out to the rain (I don't blame them!). They were allowing cancelations without a penalty because of that, but it was a bummer. That was the first time we had that happen!

Thanks! Good to know. I'll see if I can make it a little earlier. If we rope drop we'll still have a couple hours before our reservation & would probably be ready for a break, anyway. Hopefully there won't be a wait, though.

We had it once around that time and felt rushed. I wouldn’t go again at that time. 9:30-10 is the sweet spot. You get to enjoy low lines from rope drop and still get to take your time with everything.
