Minnie's Holiday Dine at Hollywood & Vine

Hope you don't mind me asking but we are travelling in Oct/Nov and are staying offsite. Because free dining falls during our visit I haven't been able to get a reservation for our family at chef mickeys even though I was logged on at the 180 day mark :-( Anyhow I've been following the news of this Dinner and am praying to get something. I am unsure how to search on MDE. Would any of you mind sharing how you go about searching on a PC for this appearing? And again for an android phone? (On my phone I can't seem to find any special dining events e.g. Fantasmic Dining package, when I select Dining to search). Thanks in advance for your help.

Special dining events do not show up in the App. Launch your browser on your phone & load up MDE. They'll show up there. When my 180 opened I of course couldn't use anything but the App because going through a browser just kicked me back to the reservations page b/c of a glitch. So if I'd wanted Fantasmic or Muckey's Back Yard BBQ I would have had to call.

Thank you... We've visited from Ireland almost every year for the past 13 years and I've never ever planned ahead just went with the flow.... I've made reservations at Chef Mickeys and Hollywood an Vine in the past just whenever I logged in. Now suddenly everything seems to have to be a military operation... God help me when our fastpass window opens up

On the PC do you just keep refreshing the page in the hopw that it will magically appear? And do you go so far as to narrow it down to hollywood studios?

You can narrow it to just DHS if you want......as for refreshing....I refuse to say publically how many times an hour I hit refresh.

I got really excited because I was searching the disney dining site and all of a sudden it said they couldn't show dining events… and then it refreshed and was fine. Curses!

I do talk differently to the ladies than the guys though. I try my southern charm on them. So far, I have gained nothing but I feel them getting weaker.

Just got off the phone with a CM. I got really excited when she asked me how many people were in my party, but once again "We don't have a date for this yet, they haven't announced anything. Keep checking back!"
