Minnie's Breakfast in the Park

I called and made a PS for Minnie's on May 30. She stated that the earliest seating is 8:10am. According to the entertainment schedule, the park opens at 8am. Can we get in earlier than 8am since we're supposed to be there 15 minutes early?

I believe there is a gate at the entrance for Plaza Inn diners, and they will allow you to enter the park earlier.
We have one scheduled at Plaza Inn on 4/25 @ 8:40am. The park doesn't open till 9.

You should of been able to get a reservation, assuming a spot was available, before the park opens.

Anyway you will want to enter through gate 1 on the far left. They will ask for your name, scan you tickets and hand you breakfast buttons and give you directions.

We did this breakfast last fall, and we had one of the first seatings. I thought we would get in earlier, too. We lined up on the left side, where indicated. They let our Minnies breakfast line in at the same time they let the other entry lines in. We weren't let in early as I was told we should be, just on time. They did give us buttons as we came in, because once everyone at the front gates got to main street, they hadn't done the rope drop yet. We got to bypass those folks and head to the Plaza Inn for breakfast (your button is your pass). The sidewalk on the left side was roped off just for Minnies breakfast people, so we could bypass the crowd waiting for the rope to drop.

My family and I have a reservation there for the exact time and date!

I was told that we could enter 15 minutes early, but I was unsure what we do/where to go to avoid the rest of the general public so thanks skiingfast for that info

Thanks for all the replies everyone! I called dining again to make sure we could get the earliest possible seating and they said it was 8:10am. We will see you there mommabear! All this waiting is awful but I was glad to finally see the entertainment schedule up for our dates this week!

May 30 is a Wednesday, not an early entry day. With the park opening at 8 AM, I would expect the earliest seating option to be 8:10. You can go to the gate designated for the breakfast, and I expect they will let you in just before or around 8 AM like everyone else.

On a morning that has early entry, the first seating at Minnie's will be 50 minutes before official park opening time. On a morning that doesn't have early entry but that the park opens later than 8 AM, the first seating at Minnie's may be before official park opening. I expect that's because it's more common for them to open the gates 1/2 hour early for rope drop on those later start mornings.

Yep. My meal is on Sunday which is a MM day. Our meal is 7:10..10 min after it opens for MM...50 min before the park 'opens'. So if you had scheduled on a Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday it might've been different.
