Minnie Vans still operating?

Are Minnie Vans still operational? I know they are a few bucks more, but well worth it for us. Nice car seats that are properly installed, Disney service, Disney vetting, etc.

During the shutdown I saw they may not return. Hoping that's incorrect. Thanks!

I know a castperson that believes they will return... since her husband is a Minnie Van Driver Castpeson currently furloughed. I think the vans have been moved to an Epcot location.
I agree & hope Disney realizes they were gaining in popularity and are valuable for many reasons including safety on property.
I admit I am worried about the future of all modes of transport on property including the parking lot trams and monorail The trams have been abandoned in the middle of the lot decomposing structurally and mechanically from appearances. If nothing else the tires are flat in extreme heat on tar.
I also think the monorail will be in serious condition if they are not cleaning the lines and whatever else needs to be done for maintenance.
I am also worried they are reducing and redesigning many cast positions.
We are still paying full price for everything while receiving many reductions. It is a mixed bag of believing in magic and fantasy.

Wild speculation here but with all various system updates Disney IT has been doing I wouldn't be surprised if they're going to bring them back with a system in MDE and ditch the Lyft requirement.

Or even their own app.
