We used them twice so far
Once from BWI to MK and once from MK to AK
We didn't wait over 5 min either time.
Driver to MK said they were doing great and are talking about getting permanent quarters soon (currently housed in temporary metal trailers)
Driver to AK said she didn't think that would be the case at all. She wasn't as certain of their future for some reason.
Also. They just moved the drop off/pick up at AK to the very end of the bus stops instead of the taxi stop. Didn't like that at all. Much further walk than regular Lyft is
