Can someone tell me how quick and easy it is to get a Minnie Van? I know that in the beginning many people had to wait as there seemed like there were not enough vans to go around. We are debating where to stay (monorail resort vs. AKL) and the availability of Minnie Vans will be the deciding factor on where we stay.

Actually, no, no they can't. At least not all the time. Best anyone can tell you is how quick and easy it is some of the time.
They can tell you that it's usually easy to find them but no one can tell you that you will never have a time where they are none available.
Fact is, there are times where there are none available. It's not common but they do exist.
We had one time where there was not one available. We only had to wait about 5 min to try again and we had one matched up
Others have reported longer waits than that
