If I want to go from Animal Kingdom Lodge to Topolino's, would a Minnie Van be overpriced compared to a Lyft or Uber?

Minnie Vans are almost always, if not always, more expensive than an Uber/Lyft for the same route. (As PP noted, there are some benefits that you get from that premium price.)

You're asking the wrong question.

The question should be, "Is there a reason to use Minnie Van rather than regular Lyft?"

As PP mentioned, some people use Minnie Van because it has 2 car seats. Some people like the idea that the drivers are Disney cast members.

But the biggest reason is that a Minnie Van can take you places on Disney property that a regular Lyft cannot. For many people, that's getting dropped off at the Magic Kingdom; a regular Lyft will drop you off at the Transportation & Ticket Center.

But for other people, it's knowing that they will be able to get past the guard at a hotel. The guards at the gates of some hotels will not let a regular Uber/Lyft in unless the passenger has a hotel reservation or a restaurant reservation. Too many people were getting dropped off at hotels near theme parks (think Contemporary or Beach Club) and walking from there.

You asked about Topolino's, which is at Riviera Resort. I haven't heard specific reports of guards at the gate of that hotel turning away people in regular Uber/Lyfts, but I don't spend time at Riviera so I wouldn't have been paying attention.

On my last trip MVs ran like 3x the cost of rideshares. I only use them when I want something specific that only MV offers. If you have an ADR you can take a normal rideshare.

The guards at Riviera are quite particular in my experience and will always ask for some kind of ADR or room reservation even with an Uber/Lyft.

The Minnie Vans are definitely a nice experience but after using them 3 times, I feel I'm already dealing with the Cash Cow (I say this lovingly though) that is Disney, I'm trying to save money where I can, so I use Lyft/Uber or the few times we have a car, drive. (hate taking it out of resort lot and then the mess at the Parks). But we don't have EVCs or even strollers so my opinion might be skewered.

Lyft Black SUV is the vehicle class closest to a Minnie Van. Both use professional drivers. Vehicles are well maintained.

MV are generally more expensive then Black but the difference isn't as dramatic

Yes they are way overpriced compared to Uber and Lyft. I don’t think we’ve ever paid more than $8-10 for a regular Uber or Lyft on property and never had any issues either. We don’t need luxury service for a 7-10 minute driver so we’re ok with regular ride shares.
