I assume OP is referring to "Minnie Vans," which is an Uber-like service. Disney owned (or leased) the cars and the drivers were Disney cast members. The service was run on the Lyft app. This service did not return when Disney reopened after the start of the pandemic. People have seen new signs for the Minnie Vans on Disney property, leading people to believe that the service will return at some point.
