Minnie Mouse shoes

I am hoping one of our wonderful disers can help me. My 4 yr old granddaughter would love to have a pair of the sparkly yellow Minnie Mouse shoes, the one with the small heel on it but I cannot find them anywhere in her size. She wears a size 11-12 but all I can find on ebay is size 7-8. Has anyone found them in their Disney store lately or maybe can tell me where else to look for a pair for her for our upcoming trip in Sept.?
