Minnie Mouse Invite

Can someone create a Minnie Mouse invite for me? I found one I like online.....it has a hot pink and white polka dot border and white background in the middle, with a pic of Minnie in a pink and white polka dot dress on the right and another pic of Minnie on the left (looks like its a watermark on the left). I tried to copy the image to this post but couldn't do it.

I'm not 100% sure about the date. Can you leave that part blank & I'll fill it in once I confirm the date. Also, can you use the Minnie font.
