Minnie and Friends Character Breakfast?

We are going to be in Dland Tues Sept 6th - Fri Sept 9th and are wanting to do the Minnie and Friends Character breakfast at the Plaza inn with the whole fam (10 adults and 2 kids under age 2)

Is it best to do it on a Magic Morning (early entry day) or not?

Honestly, the only draw that I can think of to make a MM the best option to do the M&F breakfast is if you're doing it during the MM hour when you don't have MM access. This is what I prefer to do so I can still take advantage of a MM eve though I have an AP and am staying off-site so I don't actually have MM. If you do have MM, take full advantage of that to get into Fantasyland and maybe do a later breakfast since the morning hours are the time to get the most rides in.

I've done it twice on MM hours when I did not have a MM to use. I've done it once at 10am on a MM when I used the MM access.

My experiences were better on the earlier times. The reason I think is because there are less people. I use the full 90minutes though for character interaction!

We don't have AP, we're going with a 5 day park hopper so it sounds like it would be best to do M&F on a different day than our actual MM so it's almost like we have 2 of them?

Well, not quite that early. I think the earliest reservation is usually 20 minutes before the Park is scheduled to open so the time is pretty neglibible because you still have to get checked in, pay, etc. Like my experience was the Park opened at 9am and my reservation was for 8:40am (or was it 8:50am) and they've usually done rope drop on those days. I love going for the first seating usually because there aren't that many people there yet, but you will loose out on some prime ride time if that's something that's important to you. But if you actually have MM, I would definitely not do in that morning unless you did it a little later.

That is key. Because you don't want to be eating when lines are shortest.

I would eat on another MM morning to get in early or a regular day if you can book before opening. Have the restaraunt not busy, and be able to leave early to join in the MM that you couldn't otherwise experience or walk main street with hardly anyone else.

MM will be on the Tuesday and Thursday of your trip. You can book 60 days out. So you are within the window, I'd let the official hours appear on the dl.com calendar and then book.

So is 1st seating at park opening time? Is it the same every day or changes depending on park hours & MM times? I would like to do this during our trip, but not sure when. We are staying onsite so we will be able to go to 2 MMs, Thurs & Sat. I am thinking we will use Thurs MM for FL rides. Then Sat MM we will do Nemo & then go to TTMM. At this point, I am thinking of doing M&F Sat late morning (around 9:45 or so) after TTMM. Truly I want to do M&F on Friday morning b4 heading to DCA, but that all depends on how early I can get a seating.
