Minneapolis Park and Fly Hotels

I was so disappointed to learn that our favorite Mall of America/Park and Fly hotel is being torn down - the Mall of America Grand Hotel. It was a great property with the best shuttle bus. No van.

For any of you who stay at a Park and Fly hotel to fly out of MSP, do you have a favorite? We still have several months, but I always like to get things booked early.

Hobbittravel.com has an arrangement with these folks, and a couple of others. Have used them a couple of times, great service and if you have an early flight, they insure breakfast is out for you! Highly recommend!

I believe a lot of those hotels near MOA have a Park and Fly option. Do a web search and you'll probably find a list from which to choose.

they have 3 park and fly hotels at great prices. The one that looks the best is the Crowne Plaza just across the river in Eagan for $84!

We stayed at the Country Inn and Suites-right across the street from mall of america. It is such a nice hotel-like new-very clean-great staff! The little shuttle van runs so often- I would stay here again in a instant! Plus I like that their park and fly parking is right in front of the hotel -I felt okay leaving my car there!

We have stayed at a number of hotels near the MSP airport that offer park & fly, but our favorite is the Doubletree Grand. The warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in are yummy, and the shuttle drivers always sneak extra cookies for our DS. The close proximity to the Mall of America, and new IKEA store is a great perk. We like to spend the evening before our flight shopping and having fun at the mall. Embassy Suites is also a nice place to stay. We did stay at Country Inn & Suites, before our WDW departure in Jan, and I will never stay there again...we had loads of problems with the return shuttle trip.
