Minimum Stay...

Is there a minimum stay at any resort at any time throughout the year? We are looking at OKW as a home resort and in the Public Offering Statement it mentions a 5 day maximum stay certain times of the year. I have never read about this subject on these boards. Will someone please address? Thanks!

It states:

Minimum Stay...DVCMC may require from time to time that a minimum number of consecutive Use Days for a particular season be reserved as set forth in the Home Resort Rules and Regulations. The number of consecutive Use Days required to be reserved shall in no event exceed five Use Days.

Currently, the minimum stay is one night for all times of the year. And members may stay as long as their point balances permit, subject to availability.

AFAIK, DVC has never exercised its right to require a longer minimum stay. Obviously, they could in the future since it is so specified in the POS.
