Minimum Purchase for Incentives...

I can't find what I am looking for with the search function.

What is the minimum purchase for EXISTING members in order to get the incentives? (SSR incentives)

Also, I know some folks have been getting 2007 and 2008 points. Since I have a February use year, I would not get double points.....correct?
