Minimum for value resorts?

I’m probably way out of the loop, but I’m looking for a single night stay in August before a cruise. No values available. If I bump to a 2 night stay, magically there is tons of availability. Is there any way around the 2 night minimum? We definitely don’t have to stay Disney, just thought it would be nice to have decent pools and Disney springs easily accessible.

Make sure when you're looking that you aren't searching under a special discount. It could be that there are rooms open but not for that specific promo. Also, if you prefer being near disney springs, there are a lot of non disney resorts that are fairly close to DS.
