With DH's vacation time getting sucked up before we know it (we have to travel out of state to visit family, we go on lots of camping trips, he's a big hunter, etc), I'm toying with the idea of adding a trip to the world with just me and the kids. The only problem I foresee is DS10's love of coasters and anything fast. DS7 isn't a huge fan, and DD4 isn't tall enough. Is my 10 year old enough to go on the rides by himself? He may not be thrilled about doing that anyway. Have any of you hired an in-room babysitter or taken younger kids to a resort activity center while going to the parks? Just trying to explore my options. TIA!

We have put our kids in a resort activity center so that we could go back to the parks to do rides that we couldn't take them on.
