Minimum age for casinos in Omaha?

How old do you have to be to go to the casino boats in Omaha (I think they are technically in Council Bluffs, IA)? Can't find the answer online.

You have to be 21 to enter the casino boats. There is a day care for younger children and maybe video arcades for kids older than that, but it's been awhile so I don't remember all the details. However, I do remember the 21 year old age requirement.
