Mini Wedding Cakes: Flavor, Filling Choices?

My DH and I are planning to celebrate our anniversary with one of these miniature wedding cakes after dinner at Narcoosees

Would anyone have pictures of these mini cakes?

Also - what choices do you get for frosting, filling and cake batter?

Flavor choices are:

chocolate cake with dark chocolate mousse
yellow cake with white chocolate mousse
cheesecake

styles are either a 2 tier mini decorated in a traditional fashion, or a 1 tier mini with a small white chocolate castle on top.
