mini update on the book on board credit

I was on hold forever this morning and had to get to work so I emailed member services with the issue of how we wanted to book on board but had to wait the three weeks to be in an 11 month window and did not get any discount. I requested that the email be forwarded to a manager, this afternoon I recieved back the standard email that a vacation advisor will review my email and get back to me in two days. So if I hear anything I will let you know. It seems to me the more I think about it they really should credit us. I stood in line, TRIED to rebook, booked three weeks later on the exact 11 month day. Well I will let you know what they say.
