Hey everyone,

I have not been on as much. Kind of busy since getting back August 21st from Pop Century.

First off, the trip was wonderful. It was as magical as ever. I will give you some of the things that I thought were outstanding and some that were not.

First the Good:

Magical Express was fantastic. My luggage was in my room faster than I anticipated. I was a little worried because we had 6:00 reservations for Ohan's that night. I highly reccomend ME. It really makes you feel like you are on vacation by getting on the ME bus and watching that little movie and not worry about your luggage. I give ME the hightest rating of a 10.

Ohan's was everything I expected. Walking into the Poly is wonderful. The lobby is a tropical paradise. I really enjoyed Ohana's. The food was great and I will definitely go back. Oh yeah the Lapu, Lapu was goood. I give Ohana's a 10.

LeCelier was great. We tried to get in earlier than our PS but no chance, the place was packed. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it didn't have a seperate bar (like Ohana's) that you can sit and have a drink while you are waiting to be seated. The food was as great as everyone said. The Surf and Turf was the best I ever had. I give it a 10.

Pop Century. Well this was my second year in a row at this place and I love it just as much. I see myself going to this resort many more times. There was the only little problem I had while I was there. I requested balloons for my daughter's birthday and they didn't deliver and when I called - I got a somewhat unpleasant CM and they never came after that. The next day the person in the room next to us had balloons for their anniversary in their window. I called really mad and said that why after a week I requested the balloons a week before I arrived and they still didn't come, but the people in the next room have them. The CM this time was very sweet and apologized. That day the balloons were there. So Pop Century delivered. Disney is the most magical and accomodating vacation you can take. Even when you have problems - they are resolved in your favor. Pop Century still gets my highest rating of a 10.

Disney Transportation. Outstanding. Never waited. I didn't wait the entire trip. I think the longest wait was 10 minutes. The only problems I had was not with Disney but with other guests. Some very rude people. Need I say more. But the Disney Transportation gets a big 10.

Now for some attrations:

Stitch's great escape. I give this the lowest rating and I'm being kind. This attration is awful and I hope they do away with it as soon as possible. I give this a 1. But it really should get a zero. Even with a fast pass I waited a half hour to see this show, ride (whatever you want to call it). Definitely skip this one. You are not missing anything.

Soarn - Wow, Wow, and Wow again. Do not miss this ride. It is now my favoriate. The first time I went on I didn't have a fast pass and only waited 20 minutes. It is the most exhilirating ride I have ever been on. This gets a very powerful 10. Again, do not miss this - it was unbelievable. And don't worry about motion sickness. I am one of those people who has to avoid motion simulators because I get sick, but this is different. It is just very relaxing and exhilirating.

Well that's it for now. Hope this helps some and I hope those that read it enjoy it. Another Magical trip. Thanks Dis for all the tips and advice.

I couldn't agree more! If only Soarin' was as long as Stitch! :rotfl:

I just want to let people who haven't seen Stitch's Great Escape to know that perhaps adults do not enjoy it but my 8 year old daughter thought it was great as did the vast majority of the kids enjoying it with us. I think sometimes adults don't realize that kids love Stitch, plain and simple. Please don't avoid this attraction especially if you live with Stitch fans. If you don't have children who are fans of the Stitch movies don't bother with it but don't slam it! :flower:

Thanks for the report.

My son (5) was scared you-know-what at Stitch. He actually cried and he's a tough little guy. I sent him with DH thinking it would be funny. I think Alien was better and they did warn of the fright factor with that one. He still talks about it. I guess we traumatized him.

I'm sure there are lots of kids maybe 8+ who will LOVE it though. DH said it was OK, nothing to write home about. He was more worried about when it would be over so he could get Ryan out of there.

I guess my 10 year old daughter is in the minority then, because she hated it just as much as her mom and dad.
