Mini Trip Report...

We just returned from 4 nights at the GCH and I don't think it could've been more perfect...

It was the first trip to DL for my 6 year old nieces...they refer to WDW as "Mickeyworld" and now DL as "Mickeyland"...and get quite perturbed if you try to correct them

The GCH, as usual, was terrific...we were fortunate enough to have connecting rooms and though we had a view of the construction, it didn't matter because all of the work being done was internal...didn't hear a thing! Plus we could see some of CA over the rooftop and that was nice too

Our first morning we had BBB scheduled for the girls...which was amazing...but the best part of the day was that we were chosen to open the park! We've been to WDW and DL numerous times but never had that happen...thanks Bob

After BBB we went to Pixie Hollow, and then Ariel's Grotto for lunch...so many cute pics...think I'll be spending a penny or two on photopass pics

To keep this short, our other faves were Blue Bayou, the Fantasy Faire and ESPN Zone...and Goofy's...we went to Minnie and Friends, too, but to keep this post happy I'll not comment on the restaurant...

My nieces now love Mickeyland, too...can't wait to go back...

Awwh.,. so glad you had a wonderful time @ Mickeyland . I hope you post some pics. We will be off to Mickeyland in 1 week from today and @ BBB next Friday for my DD 3rd Birthday. Great trip report!

Awww....Mickeyland! How cute! I won't be venturing to Mickeyland again until July, and that will be a quick visit, but I hope to have another 2-3 night stay in Fall or Winter. But I love reading other folks' reports about having a perfect time! It gets me excited to get there ASAP! Isn't that a great feeling? - when you get back home and realize you couldn't have had a more perfect trip from beginning to end, and you think about all the great photos you have to share and the big trip report you are going to write, and the PhotoPass pictures - and of course, when your NEXT trip is going to be..... I hope you do a full trip report over in the TR forum, so you can tell us the scoop on Minnie and Friends.

But in the meantime, on Goofy's Kitchen and on ESPN Zone. Both are great choices and I am glad you enjoyed them too.
