First of all thank you all so much for helping me with my last minute trip! I have a ton of pics but no idea how to load!
We left Northern San Diego at about 7 am so we pulled into toystory at 8:15! Parking was a little confusing, I had no idea how to get to the mickey and friends structure, so I followed the signs and ended up here!
We then took the shuttle over, for it being 8:20'ish it was fairly easy to get through security. Thanks to the disboards I changed our Character Breakfast to Surfs Up! ( we could not get into the parks until 10 because a CM was signing us in.) The only pain with this was walking to the complete opposite end to get to paradise pier, I wish I would have figured out a short cut, worked great at end of the night!
Breakfast was super yummy, and the characters were even better. We had one on one time with Mickey, Minnie, Daisy, Pluto, and Stitch! Stitch was awesome so funny. Their was also a dance party for all the kids! Food was delicious, made to order omelettes, huevos rancheros, sunny side up eggs, plus all the usual's, and chilaquiles!
We left breakfast and went to meet our friend at the monorail. She was running late so we got signed in hopped right on the monorail and headed to Splash! Our friend went and got us FP for SP, so we ddi splash then POTC, Big Thunder, back to splash, lunch at French Market!
We loved French Market, I had resos at Cafe Orleans, however due to time constraints I walked by found a really nice Mom and daughter older than us who had just been turned away, and I gave them our 12:30 reso! French Market is great with the kids because it is shaded and live music.
After lunch we headed to DCA! On our way out we saw Mulan and Ariel at the entrance. ( BTW we wanted to do musical chairs, got to coke corner at 2:30 and they did it at 1:30
)
This was a great time to head to DCA because it was Early entry there so everyone was leaving and headed to the Land! We got there took some pics then got ice cream shows and watched some street performers. Headed to TSMM and had a margarita while my daughter played on and etch a sketch, then did the carousel twice, then ariel.
We then headed back to the Land! Found a nice family waiting for the parade, asked them to hold our spots while we ran to use our Indiana FP, and they saved our seats! ( We gave them our Star Tours Passes for after) We were right in front of Carnation Cafe at 7pm. Ran and got my most favorite Plaza in Fried chicken. Got DD a burger and fries from Carnation. Then I really didn't have to entertain her till 8! By 8:50 parade started in small world, so we were excited! Watched the most magical parade I have ever seen, then rushed the street to watch an even better fireworks show! All in all an amazing magical, send off to Kindergarten! Going to miss having my dd with me all day! I am now seriously considering an AP!
