Mini Pin Collection - Winnie and Friends - Fake?

My mum has purchased a booster pack from eBay for my girlfriend. The seller has perfect feedback and claims that she collects pins and is completely genuine. There are no bulk buys in her buying history. Everything seems legit.

They came in a sealed plastic bag with an official WDW price tag in the bottom right corner, on the back. The pins themselves are on a decorated card and it all looks above board. The back of the card has the official pin trading logo 2009 and all the copyright information.

However when I've removed the pins from the card to check them, on the back all that is visible is...

And a load of waffle about the pins being based on the works of AA Milne

There is no official pin trading stamp.

So are they fakes?

If the pins are older then there won't be an ODPT logo, all you need is the copyright itself to trade them.
