Mini golf

Hey all! We have a trip coming up and we'll have a couple hours after we land before we can check into our Airbnb. I think my kids would enjoy mini golf. I know that Disney has two courses, but are there any local courses that you think are even better, or should we stick with the Disney ones? Thanks!

I love mini golf and never miss an opportunity to play. Honestly it doesn't get much better than Winter Summerland for mini golf and being that there are two sides to choose from you could get two days of play or back to back games if you like and not be bored. It is a must do when we are in the world. I like that it is tucked away on dis property and not by a busy road. I have played the Fantasia course and it was run down then I am not sure if it has been refurbed. I have not played at the Universal Hollywood course yet but it looks cute too. We had a bad experience at a course in Bradenton- scorching sun, sirens constantly but a busy intersection-never again. That had alligators but ehh i missed Disney of course . I grew up in Florida and I like the adventure Pirate courses but honestly those are a dime a dozen there. If you have never been to one its worth checking out but I like the calm and shade of Winter Summerland -it is just too cute!!

We've done all four of the WDW mini golf courses. Winter+summer are also our favorites! It's pretty reasonably priced for Disney and you get a discount if you want to go on the second course that day. I agree that fantasia is in need of some love. And the "mini" real golf course was way too difficult for us.
