When we played at Fantasia Gardens last summer, I didn't know you needed to make a "tee time." We got a time for later & went to eat. Worked out fine. My question is, can you only make a tee time at FG or can you call ahead earlier in the day, or...? Anyone know? Thanks.

This is honestly news to me. We've been several times and have never had to make a tee time. We've gone in the afternoon mostly and it hasn't been crowded. Anyone know anything more about this, as we were planning to play at least once on our next trip?

While I have not yet been to Fantasia Gardens, I have been reading the boards for over three years. These past few days are the first that I have ever heard of making a tee time prior to ariving. I know when my brother and I went to WinterSummerland in August of 2004, we just showed up and gave them our name. They called us ten minutes later.

We played over Thanksgiving week-end and just walked in and played. It wasn't crowded at all. I've never heard of tee-times there either.

We had to make a tee time last Spring Break. It was for an hour after we got to the course. Luckily we were staying at the Swan, so we just walked over to the playground. I'm not sure if you can call ahead or not.

When I went in January with DS, in the middle of the afternoon, when it wasn't crowded, she said "Your tee-off time will be..." about 8 minutes after we got there. That's the first time I suspected people can call ahead for tee times, like a regular golf course. ANyone know for sure?

No t-time required when we went in November a year ago. Maybe just during the busy times?

After reading all your posts, I called & they said it depends on the time of year & how busy they are. Most of the time, no tee time is needed. Thanks all for your help.

DW & I want to try the harder course there. I'm an occasional golfer (I have the scores to prove it, LOL), but DW doesn't play anything but mini-golf. I hope it won't be too hard.
