How do you get your videos from the mine train? The cm told me they would automatically show up in our account but they didnt. If I call them can they retrieve them?
I'm assuming it would work like missing photos - you can call or you can use the online "lost photos" form on the photopass part of MDE. If you can tell them the day, approximate time and description of the people riding, it will help them find the right shots/video.
Yes, call them with as much information as you can provide. We rode it twice on our trip but only one video showed up. Unfortunately, there was an outage with the cameras for the entire afternoon during the other time so we didn't get that one. Good luck!
I rode 7DMT mid-October and when I got home the video was magically there in our Photopass account.
On a side note, my DH and I were in Disney for this trip without our two kids. When I got home I showed them my 7DMT video and had them completely convinced that "Mom is in the brand new Disney ad for their newest ride". They had no clue that everyone with a MB now gets a ride video. My 15 year old was mortified when I told her that she would be seeing this ad on TV any day now. Needless to say, both of my kids were relieved when I told them the truth.
Do you have a magic band? We do and the video automatically showed up on our photo pass.
If you dont' see it, I'd give them a call or email with day and approximate time. This happened with one of our Epcot pictures. I submitted the issue on the email site and it did show up the next day. not sure if they saw the email or if it was a 48hr thing (as it does say thigns may take 24-48hrs to show up)
