Millions of email responses from the boards

Hello. Will someone explain to me why I keep getting email notifications regarding threads that are being replied to. I have the button "No" clicked email default notification but I still get emails. Is there something else I have to do? Help....

Did you just change the option to no? If so, you need to pull up your subscribed posts from the past 30 days or so and unsubscribe.

Well I changed it last week actually I don't think it was ever on Yes....it was always on NO..I did switch it back to yes last week because I figured since I was still getting the emails on no then maybe if I switched it to Yes it would stop...but that did not work so i changed it back to NO the next day...but I'm still getting emails......

Anyways I'll unscribe to the threads..hopefully that will work... thx
