Milkshakes on DDP?

I know that some restaurants allow you to get a milkshake as the drink with your meal on the DDP. I have done this at both WCC and 50's Prime Time. What are the other restaurants that will allow you to do this? I guess, more specifically, will they allow you to do this at The Plaza? Thanks.

I haven't been to the Plaza, but Sci-Fi allows this for adults. (For kids, the milkshake can only be dessert.)
