We're staying onsite on ddp and have rapid refill mugs. I viewed drinks choices and can see we can opt for tea and coffee but there isn't a dispenser for milk. Do we have to buy this separately unless we drink them black?
Also I'm lactose intolerant so if there is regular milk to add to hot drinks do they supply soya milk too?
Thanks.

Counting down to 14th May!

They provide the little containers of milk/half & half.

Can't help with Soya milk, not something I have looked for.

Where onsite are you staying? You should be able to get soy milk from the gift shop and the food court will have for allergies but you will have to ask each time as they don't put it out.

We're at pofq. So if I ask someone in sassagoula float works they'll bring it out for morning tea?

Yes, in fact if you email SpecialDiets@DisneyWorld.com or call them +1 (407) 824-5967 and give your details of where you are staying they may be able to make it easier for you. You could even ask if you could keep a small portion in the fridge in your room to save you waiting for it to be brought out every day as staff rotas change. If they do let you, then you could put what you need into your refillable mug before leaving the room when you take it to the food court.

Also, ask them to send you their Dietary Special information pack (attachments sent by email). You can get soya icecream (I love it!!) at many of the places in each park, if you know to ask for it :thumbsup2

There is also a milk dispenser next to the coffee dispenser. I use it to put some in the hot chocolate as its normally too hot to drink for ages otherwise.:goodvibes

Having said that I think its coffee whitener but its good in coffee and hot chocolate. Not sure how good it'll be in Tea, but unless you take your own teabags it will be disgusting even if you use proper milk!

When we stayed at Wilderness Lodge they had cartons of milk in the fridge underneath the drink dispensers. IF there were none there, they would fetch me one, so maybe they would get you soya milk?
