milk prices, howbout butter prices

4 sticks of butter used to be $1.99,,, the last month it jumped to $3.69. If the farmers were actually getting paid more, I wouldn't mind, but they really aren't.

WI farmers get the least amount for milk. The further you live away from LaCrosee WI the more you get for your milk. Go figure that one out.

Butter is so darn expensive!!! In some of the stores around here it is up to $4.00. Crazy!

I watch for it on sale and buy a bunch.

I usually get my milk at Sam's. The price recently went from $2.12 /gallon to $1.99. I rarely buy butter. When I do it is the whipped butter and I'm sure that it is not a pound. I think I paid $2.69 last time.

I am a bit surprised by the price of eggs lately. I've been paying $1.49/doz. for large. They had been $.99.

I went to the store today and milk was $3.60 for a gallon of skim! Then I went to get gas and that was a $1.75 a gallon.

I am just E of you over here in MN. Yes, butter, eggs, milk, up.

My dad was a farmer for many years. What they get paid is so unfair.
