Military tickets

Ok, so last April we took advantage of the offer Universal had for the military. My husbands ticket was free and our additional tickets were $89.00 for a 7 day pass. I saw that they extended the offer through March 2010. I don't think my husband can get another free ticket but can we still get the tickets for $89.00? Thanks!
