On the Disney page I see there is an option to buy a 4 day park pass for like 169. Has anyone bought these tickets? If so where do you get them from? And are there an restrictions? We will be going there for 7 days instead of 4. Can we add 3 days to it for a little extra?

We used the armed forces salute tickets last year, and it worked out pretty well for us, but there are restrictions. First, the tickets need to be purchased on base, at Shades of Green, or at the theme park ticket windows. When you purchase them, you will be given a card which will be used as a voucher that you must then take to guest services before you can use them in the park. Guest services will exchange them for either the RFID cards (which we got back in September), or the MagicBands, depending on what they are using at the time. Once activated, they work just like any other park hopper ticket. You can add three days, but that will be at the standard military discounted ticket rate which is more than the 4 day special, but less than the standard rack rate. This Site has loads of great information about military discounts at Disney, how to use them, and what the restrictions are. I'll just add this: Last year we had the four days in the parks and used the AFS tickets. This year we are planning to spend 7 days in the parks, and found it to be cheaper and ultimately easier to get the magic your way plus dining package vice using AFS and adding 3 day tickets.

And how do you book through them to get the rate?

You can go to your base ticket office (ITT, MWR, etc). The benefit of doing it that way is there will be no tax on them, but you will have to wait about 4-6 weeks to receive the cards. Or, you can wait until you get to WDW and purchase them at the ITT office at Shades of Green (a military resort near the Poly) or at the WDW ticket windows around property.
